Welcome to Applestar Productions!

Applestar is a network of training programs designed to assist the Christian educator with creative resources and tools for effective ministry.  Supporting mainly women and children, it is my desire to reflect Christ in all I do and say.

I'm Jean Marrapodi, the Executive Director for Applestar.   I'm also a wife, mother, and a Senior Education Specialist for Private Healthcare Systems.  I run the Christian Education department at Providence Assembly of God, where I work with people from all walks of life, including the Liberian refugees I teach reading to every Sunday morning.  I have my Ph.D. in Adult Education, receiving my degree from Capella University, where I focused on adult literacy, particularly new readers. You'll find links to my studies on this site as well.  Most importantly, I'm a daughter of the King of Kings, and I find my primary identity in Christ, who loved me enough to die for me.  God freely offers the gift of eternal life to everyone who asks Him for it.  I'd love to chat more with you about it.  Feel free to drop me a line at rejoicer@aol.com.
