Praise
the LORD.
How
good it is to sing praises to our God, how pleasant and fitting to praise
him!
The
LORD builds up Jerusalem; he gathers the exiles of Israel.
He heals
the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
He determines
the number of the stars and calls them each by name.
Great
is our Lord and mighty in power; his understanding has no limit.
Look at that again! God knows the stars by name! He made them! This is in the same psalm as "He heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds." The God who made the stars and knows them by name, know YOU by name and wants to heal your broken heart. He knows what happened to you. He was there! And as He watched, His heart broke too. God knows your pain. Let Him bind your broken heart.
