Mentoring
Our mentoring program came as a result of the information we gathered in our survey. We started by passing out the following form to all of the woman who attended our programs, and to those in the congregation. Those that might be interested filled out the form, and the leadership team prayed about who would be a good match for one another.

After we matched up the mentors/mentees, we photocopied the two forms together so each could have the contact information and learn a bit about one another and gave them out with an article on mentoring.
